Ingredients

1/4 c Sichuan chili crisp (include oil and crispy bits)
3 T unpasteurized soy sauce or tamari
3 T aged Chinese black vinegar (Chinkiang Zhenjiang)
2 T fermented black beans (douchi), minced
1 T maple syrup
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in a mason jar, cover and shake to combine.
- For best results, make ahead and allow the flavors to develop for a few hours or overnight before serving.
- Put it on everything.
